STORE POLICIES: Thank you for taking a look at my store.  Items are sold as pictured.  Please be aware of slight colour variations due to computer resolution.

PAYMENT: PayPal is my preferred payment method.  This includes Visa and MasterCard without a PayPal account.

PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are made on request and will be shipped within 7 days, depending on quantity.  During the custom order process I will maintain contact for sampling, approval and completion time.

SHIPPING: All items will be sent via Australia Post within 1 business day from receipt of payment.  Each item will be wrapped in a cello bag and sent in a padded envelope.  Please allow sufficient time for delivery before claiming an item is lost.  Undelivered items will only be replaced 28 days after postage date. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and charges on receipt of item. (if applicable)

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: If you have any concerns about the quality of your purchase, please contact me to discuss. Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods once they have been returned.

SAFETY WARNING: I love to add embellishments to my cards, albums and invitations.  Each piece will have any combination of beads, pearls, diamantes, flowers, pins, ribbon, buttons and metal charms etc.  These are attached with the utmost attention, however care should be taken to avoid choking.  Please keep away from children under 5 years of age.
